Placements
The Training and Placement Cell facilitates the process of placement of graduating students, with placement activities running throughout the final year of their degree program. The Training and Placement Cell liaises with cooperative dairies, private dairies and food industries to support the job placement to the students.
The placement brochure is prepared and sent to organizations inviting them to conduct campus interviews. Based on pre-placement discussions with recruiters, the interview schedule is finalized and all necessary facilities for conducting interviews are arranged by this office. If a student get selected by a company and informed, he/she will not be permitted to appear in subsequent interviews.
Our past recruiters include Banas dairy, Dudhsagar dairy, Uttam dairy, Sarhad dairy, Vasudhara dairy, Gayatri dairy, Mahi dairy, Hifen Foods and others. In addition, many students also appear for JRF exam and proceed to pursue post-graduation within Gujarat and outside of Gujarat state.
