SYLLABUS
B.Tech. (Dairy Technology):
Syllabus is essentially followed as per recommendations of the 5th Dean's Committee for the students admitted till 2023-24. Since 2024-25, syllabus are followed as per 6th Deans Committee Recommendations, approved by Kamdhenu University, Gandhinagar.
M. Tech./ Ph.D. (Dairy Science):
From the Academic Year 2022-2023, a restructured and revised syllabi of ICAR is followed for the M. Tech./ Ph.D. program in various discipline of Dairy science as approved by Kamdhenu University, Gandhinagar.
